Ms. Tebogo Pooe is a seasoned and results-driven business leader
with over 20 years of experience spanning project management,
strategic consulting, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Her career
reflects a consistent trajectory of growth, leadership, and the
ability to deliver value within structured and regulated
environments.
She has held key roles within Kholoane Development (Pty) Ltd,
Shai and Mngomezulu Inc., and Magnico Investments, where she
contributed to residential development initiatives, facilitated
strategic partnerships, and supported business development
engagements. Through her work with Magnico Investments, she
assisted in coordinating investment collaborations, strengthening
her expertise in stakeholder engagement and structured project
execution.
Her exposure to the real estate sector was further solidified during
her tenure at Pam Golding Properties, where she worked closely
with a Professional Property Practitioner, gaining practical insight
into property sales, client management, compliance processes,
and transaction coordination.
She later joined Century 21 Bryanston, where she specialized in
property sales and rentals, leveraging her professional network and
business acumen to successfully facilitate transactions and build
trusted client relationships.
